The following dates and fields are being used for tournaments, please report to your assigned alternate field site (see below) for practices or find an alternate site on a first come first serve basis (teams with a confirmation cannot be denied a field by “first come first serve” teams):

T-Ball, Coach Pitch and MKP coaches all MUST attend a MANDATORY Coaches clinic in order to be an eligible coach for the Fall 2008 season. For your convenience, we are offering 2 opportunities to attend the clinic. Please attend one of the following:

Clinic 1 - Saturday August 23rd, 3pm at The Ballfields at Craig Ranch 'The Gabe' (the main field)
Clinic 1 - Saturday August 30th, 3pm at The Ballfields at Craig Ranch 'The Gabe' (the main field)

COACHES! IF YOU ARE GOING TO COACH A TEAM, YOU MUST NOTIFY REGISTRATION SO THEY CAN PROVIDE YOU WITH A PLAYER PROTECTION PIN TO PROVIDE YOUR PLAYERS. YOUR PLAYERS WILL NEED THIS IN ORDER TO REGISTER ONLINE AND BE PROTECTED.

You must setup a McKinneyllb.com account before you email Registration, you can create your account at this link. Please include the email address you used to signup with in your email to Registration telling them you want to coach.!!!

4 Year old T-Ball, T-Ball, and Coach Pitch can protect 12 players.
MKP, Minors, Majors,Juniors, and Seniors can protect 12 IF THEY ARE A RETURNING TEAM FROM THE SPRING SEASON, AND ALL PLAYERS ON THE ROSTER ARE THE SAME AS IT WAS IN THE FALL.

The deadline for turning in your protected team roster to the league is Aug. 16th.

Teams will have a maximum of 13 players

Registration will be from July 1st and ends August 16th.

Evaluations will be on August 16th at the following dates and times:

Minors - 10am at Craig Ranch Field 12
Minors - 1pm at Craig Ranch Field 12

Draft will be on the following dates

Minors - Monday August 18th at 7pm - First Baptist McKinney
Majors - Tuesday August 19th at 7pm - First Baptist McKinney

Minors and Majors teams will recieve equipment bags at Draft. All other divisions must attend the MANDATORY coaches meeting to recieve their roster and their equipment bags. The coaches meetings will be at the following dates and times:

T-Ball - Wednesday August 20th at 6:30pm - First Baptist McKinney
Coach Pitch - Wednesday August 20th at 7:30pm - First Baptist McKinney
MKP - Wednesday August 20th at 8:30pm - First Baptist McKinney
