Rough Riders Night!

Update! The Deadline to buy tickets has been moved to April 1st! You can mail or drop off your ticket requests to The Ballfields at Craig Ranch (see flyer)!

 

Come enjoy an evening of fun and excitement with McKinney Little League families! The Frisco Rough Riders will host McKinney Little League night on April 26th. at 7pm.

Tickets are $10.00 each, and the deadline to purchase them is March 28th

April 9 Rainout Info

Per Parks department – the following fields are too wet for play as of 2:30pm, April 9, 2008.  Gabe 5 Plex; Gabe 3 Plex, and Towne Lake. 
Currently,  North Park and Mouzon are playable but any rain most likely will soak those fields as well. 
Final update will be made at 4:00pm.  After 4:00pm, the game decision will be made at the field with the umpires.

All games and practices on city fields have been cancelled for April 10, 2008.  In addition to the wet and flooded field conditions, City Parks crews have been assigned storm cleanup and will not be able to prepare fields.

Per City of McKinney Parks dept. Games on Gabe Nesbitt 3 Plex -Blue and Towne Lake Fields have been cancelled. All other games are on.


Field Change

All Games played tonight (April 25th) on Towne Lake Blue are being moved to Towne Lake Green due to poor field conditions.


Weekend Schedules

There ARE tournaments scheduled at the Gabe Nesbitt Softball and Baseball Complexes this weekend, April 26 and 27.

The following fields will be used for tournament play:

GABE NESBITT 5 PLEX SOFTBALL – ALL 5 FIELDS – SATURDAY ONLY (8:00am - 9:30pm) – Softball teams who have a RESERVED practice time for those fields on that day can move to the Towne Lake softball complex at the same time on the same color field (color of bleachers). Please take your original reservation / confirmation and this announcement as proof of your entitlement to the Towne Lake fields for this weekend at the designated times. Teams that do not have a reserved time, you are on your own.

GABE NESBITT 3 PLEX BASEBALL – ALL 3 FIELD– SATURDAY AND SUNDAY (8:00am – 10:00pm) NOTE: MBA will be utilizing the blue field on Saturday for league play– Baseball teams that have a RESERVED practice time on those fields will need to find a field on a first come first serve basis. Listed below are the available baseball fields (as far as currently having no reservations scheduled):

  • SATURDAY
    1. Mouzon West – 3:00pm – 9:00pm
    2. Mouzon East – 12:00pm – 9:00pm
    3. Mouzon South – 1:30pm – 4;30pm; 6:00pm – 9:00pm
    4. North Park North – 4:30 – 9:00pm
    5. North Park South – 3:00pm – 9:00pm
    6. Multiple school backstops – All Times
    7. Towne Lake Softball Complex – 6 fields, 12:00pm – 9:00pm
  • SUNDAY
    1. Mouzon West – 6:00pm – 9:00pm
    2. Mouzon South – 6:00pm – 9:00pm
    3. North Park North 4:30pm – 9:00pm
    4. A few school backstops – various times
    5. Towne Lake softball – 5 fields – 12:00pm – 9:00pm

NOTE TO ALL TEAMS (BOTH SOFTBALL AND BASEBALL):

  • There are multiple fields available at Gabe 5 plex Softball complex during the week.
  • There are no baseball fields available during the week.
