I hope to have the practice schedule together within the next week. The Dodger Way: 1) Safety - safety is the #1 priority at this age level. 2) Fun - my coaching style puts an emphasis on having fun. Super-competitive, drill sargent type coaching will not exist. 3) Learning - the goal is for every kid to learn and broaden their baseball skills and understanding. 4) Teamwork - we will focus on being good teammates and working together.
